Who do these terms cover?

Signing up, logging in or betting with us means these terms apply.

These Terms of Use cover Prince George Casino, its website and every game on it. Open an account, log in or play, and you accept them. Don't accept? Then don't use the site.

Our Bonus Policy, Your Privacy, Cookie Notice, Player Protection, Identity Checks and Protecting Minors pages are part of this agreement. Read them alongside this page. Together they form the full set of house rules.

Is there a limit on accounts?

One person. One account. No doubles.

Joining takes minutes. Give us accurate, current details: your full legal name, residential address, email and birth date. Details changed? Edit them in your account or email us.

Pick a password that would be hard for anyone else to guess, and never share it. Everything done under your login counts as your own activity.

We check your identity, age and playing location before your first deposit goes through. The Identity Checks page sets out what we look at and why. If we discover a second account tied to you, we may close it and cancel any bets, bonuses or winnings placed on it.

How do the games work?

Random results on digital games. Real dealers at live tables. A fault cancels the play.

Each game's info screen sets out its rules, paytable and return details. Please read them before you play.

Every digital game is driven by an RNG, a random number generator. Every spin, every card dealt and every dice roll is independent of the one before, and nobody can influence the outcome.

Live tables broadcast direct from a studio, with real dealers on camera. Each round is settled by the dealer's actual result and the studio's recording.

If a game, server or stream fails, every play and payout affected by the fault is void. An unfinished round puts your stake back in your balance. When your screen and our server records disagree, the server records win.

Where do bonuses fit in?

Free spins, deposit deals and Prince George Rewards promotions follow the Bonus Policy plus the terms listed on each offer. When an offer's terms and the Bonus Policy disagree, the offer's own terms win for that offer.

How far does your responsibility to me go?

We accept no liability for losses caused by:

• internet outages or faults on your own device
• third party networks we do not control
• another person logging in with your details
• indirect losses, such as profits you never made or chances you missed

How do I make a complaint?

One email. Clear details. We take it from there.

• the exact date and time of the problem
• the game or transaction involved
• what outcome you are looking for

Every complaint is investigated, and we answer by email. If our first reply does not resolve the matter, you can request that a senior team member handle it. That person will look at it afresh from the beginning.

Can these terms change?

When the rules shift, this page shifts with them.

Laws move, games change, payment options shift: when any of that happens, these terms get updated. Before any important change takes effect, we post a notice on the site or send you an email.

Once a change comes into force, continuing to play means the revised version applies to you. Any bet placed earlier is settled under the version that was in force at the moment that bet was made.

What is not allowed?

Play fair, or your account goes dark.

You must not:

• run bots, scripts or any form of automated play
• team up with other players or share hands
• exploit software faults or errors in odds or payouts
• use stolen cards or any payment method belonging to someone else
• move money through the casino to hide where it came from
• open more than one account
• allow another person to play using your account
• abuse or threaten our staff

If we catch that behaviour, we can void bets, freeze balances, suspend or close the account, and notify the authorities where the law requires.

Who owns the content?

Our name, our look, our software. Hands off.

We or our licensors own the Prince George Casino name and logos, the site design, text and graphics, and the game software. Use of the site is limited to your own personal play. Copying, reproducing, selling or reusing any part requires our written permission.

How do deposits and withdrawals operate?

We charge zero fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank might add its own charges.

Use only payment methods that belong to you. Before we release a withdrawal, your identity checks must be complete.
