What rules apply to every offer?

This policy covers every promotion at Prince George Casino. That includes free spins, deposit offers and Prince George Rewards promotions.

Every promotion comes with its own terms too. If they clash with this page, the promotion's terms win for that promotion, and the rest of this page still applies.

How do I opt in?

No opt-in, no bonus.

An offer only switches on when you choose it. You do this by ticking the offer when you deposit or by pressing its claim button.

Can I run two bonuses at once?

One bonus on the board at a time.

A new offer can only start once the current one has been used up, completed, expired or given up. Free spins count as an offer until you play them or they expire.

If you claim a second offer while one is still running, it waits in line. It starts once the first one has finished.

What counts as bonus abuse?

Game the offer and the offer is gone.

Bonus abuse includes:

• creating additional accounts so that a single offer is claimed repeatedly
• working with others to share or pass on offers
• betting on opposite outcomes so that wagering is cleared with no genuine risk
• breaking the stake cap or playing games that are not allowed
• using faults or errors to pump up winnings

Spot abuse and we may cancel the bonus and every win that came from it. Those amounts can also come off your balance, and your account may be suspended or closed.

How much can I bet with a bonus running?

Each round is capped at 10% of the bonus amount.

On deposit bonuses that carry wagering, no single round may be more than 10% of the bonus. Rounds above that cap can lose their winnings.

The welcome free spins have a fixed spin value, so the cap does not come into play there.

Is the amount I can convert capped?

Welcome spin wins land as cash.

Winnings from the welcome free spins go straight to your cash balance. There is no conversion step and no wagering to clear.

If another offer caps how much bonus play turns into cash, its offer details show that cap. Anything above it is removed at conversion.

How is wagering calculated, and what games contribute to it?

Zero on the welcome spins. 30x on deposit bonuses.

Wagering means playing through a set amount before a bonus becomes cash you can withdraw. The welcome free spins carry none.

A deposit bonus carries wagering of 30 times the bonus amount. You must complete it within 30 days.

Here is how each game type counts toward wagering:

• Slots on the offer's eligible list: count.
• Slots not on the list: do not count.
• Table games: do not count.
• Live dealer games: do not count.
• All other games: contribute nothing, unless the terms of a specific offer state a different rule.

When do offers expire?

Every offer runs on a timer.

Free spins from the welcome offer lapse 24 hours after you receive them. Any deposit bonus has a 30-day window in which its wagering must be met.

When time runs out, unused spins and unfinished bonuses are removed. Any winnings still tied to them are removed too.
