Will this page change?
New rules, new wording.
We update this page whenever the law shifts or our services change. Big changes arrive with a notice on the site or by email.
Does it leave Canada?
Sometimes. The protection travels with it.
Some partners who host, verify or process data for us operate outside Canada. In that case, we use contracts that require them to protect your information in line with Canadian privacy law.
Data held in another country can be reached by that country's authorities under its own laws.
What about players under 19?
Strictly 19 and over. We collect no data from minors.
Strictly 19 and over. We check your age before a single deposit goes through.
If we learn that someone under 19 is running an account, we close it. Any data the law doesn't require us to hold is erased. See our Protecting Minors page for more.
Which rights can I use over my personal data?
See it. Fix it. Delete it. Object to it.
- Access: ask for a full copy of the personal details we hold on you.
- Correction: have us fix details that are wrong or outdated.
- Deletion: have your data erased, apart from records we are legally bound to retain.
- Objection: say no to marketing or to some ways we use your data, and take back consent you gave before.
Email your request to mail@princegeorgecasino.app. We confirm it really comes from you before we act.
How do we protect it?
Locked behind encryption and access controls.
Every connection between your device and our site runs encrypted. Only the staff and partners whose jobs require your information can reach it.
We monitor our systems for unusual activity. If a breach puts you at real risk, we will tell you and the authorities as Canadian law requires.
Where do cookies come in?
Cookies have their own page.
Our Cookie Notice lists each cookie in use and explains how to switch them off.
How long do we keep it?
Kept while your account runs and the law requires it.
We hold your data for as long as your account stays active. Once it's closed, we retain it only for the time Canadian anti-money laundering and tax laws require, then erase or anonymize it.
What about marketing?
Promotions only if you say yes.
You choose at sign-up whether offers reach you. Change that choice any time from your account settings.
Every promotional email carries an unsubscribe option. Self-exclusion and cooling-off breaks stop all marketing to you while they run.
Who do we share it with?
Only partners who help run the casino. We never sell it.
- Payment partners: the providers behind Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Apple Pay, Online Banking / Trustly, Paysafecard, Neosurf and prepaid cards.
- Verification partners: providers that check identity, age and geolocation.
- Service providers: companies for hosting, analytics, email delivery and game supply.
- Authorities: when legally required.
What is our legal basis?
Consent, contract, law.
We handle your data under Canadian privacy law. Our legal grounds are:
- the consent you give when you sign up
- what we need to provide the service you asked for
- our legal duties covering age, identity checks and money laundering
- our legitimate interest in stopping fraud
